We select the applicants that mostly meet the request of our clients, to the length of the project, to the nationalities and working schedules.

VERIFICATION

We contact the single applicant in order to verify their availability, mobilisation time and financial conditions.

CONTROL

We control the documents, certifications/licenses, we meet the applicants at our structures in order to make sure of their technical level.

TRAINING

Following a request of our client and the projects specifications, we carry out on site training activities in order to mobilize only staff that is ready.
